The Interim Lead Dental Front Office Receptionist ("Interim Lead") is in charge of the dental front desk team. The Interm Lead performs clerical and client services tasks required for the greeting, registration, and processing of scheduled and unscheduled clients in the reception area. Making clients feel welcomed is a primary responsibility of the receptionist. The Interim Lead will assign and manage front office receptionists’ duties ensuring all office tasks and goals are met and will also have similar tasks as Office Receptionists but manages the outcomes and coordination of front office staff.
