Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. The Lead Medical Assistant is a back-office support staff member working as clinical support for all medical providers, including pediatric and adult medicine. The Lead Medical Assistant has direct supervisory responsibility for all medical assistants, including daily assignments and call-ins. The Lead Medical Assistant will solve problems and resolve medical assistant issues, escalating to the Clinic Director only when necessary.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility to work 10:00am - 7:00pm and occasional Saturdays as required.
