The Director of Business Intelligence (DBI) is a strategic leader responsible for driving data governance, analytics, and reporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence applications, ensuring data-driven insights optimize clinical, financial, and operational performance.
Working closely with executive leadership, the DBI translates business needs into data strategies, fosters a data-driven culture, and drives cross-functional collaboration. By building and mentoring a high-performing BI team, the DBI ensures the organization maximizes the impact of its data assets to advance patient care and community health outcomes.
