As the Director, Behavioral Health Fellowship Training, you’ll have a unique opportunity to design and lead a transformative Fellowship Program that directly impacts the lives of Latinx communities. You will oversee a cutting-edge training curriculum that nurtures the next generation of skilled, culturally-responsive, and trauma-aware clinicians. In this role, you’ll empower Fellows to make a lasting impact while building a pipeline of clinicians who reflect and understand the communities we serve. If you’re passionate about shaping future leaders in behavioral health and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you.
