Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Lead RN supervises a team of nurses in the delivery of high quality, cost-effective, culturally-sensitive, patient-centered health care. The goal of the Lead RN is to lead her or his local team of RNs to provide high quality nursing care, to decrease clinical risk, implement improvement initiatives and innovations, and serve as a lead and mentor to nurses in the organization. Lead RN reports to Site Medical Director.
Will consider LVN candidates who are working toward their RN credentials and graduating within the next 6months.
Clinical (24-38 hours per week depending on RN FTE)
