The Registered Nurse (Specialty Clinic – Infectious Disease) functions both independently and collaboratively in a team-based, integrated primary care model. This nurse supports complex case management, patient triage, health coaching, and chronic disease management while promoting quality improvement and patient-centered care. The RN has direct experience in community or primary care settings and is committed to serving underserved populations, particularly those living with HIV and communicable diseases
