Our practice focuses on providing health equity among Marin’s most vulnerable patients through family-centered, trauma-informed clinical care and case management support. We ask applicants to have familiarity or/and knowledge about Latin culture & race-based stress/trauma work.
The behavioral health clinical supervisor (“BHC Supervisor”) serves in a clinical leadership and training capacity on the behavioral health team and co-leads clinical supervision and implementation of Marin Community Clinic’s (“MCC”) ASW training program in Integrated Behavioral Health. This position provides clinical supervision to junior clinical staff, including ASWs in-process of obtaining licensure, and helps lead MCC’s ASW training fellowship focused on training bilingual/bicultural clinicians. The LCSW Clinical supervisor co-teaches weekly didactic seminars on a variety of topics related to integrated behavioral health practice. This position also provides assessment and treatment services to MCC patients across the lifespan with behavioral health needs. The behavioral health supervisor is considered an expert in behavioral health, and as such provides consultation, training and support to the healthcare team and other staff and providers in behavioral health. The behavioral health supervisor (LCSW) position is part of a dynamic, passionate and dedicated health care team, collaboratively working with medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and other members of the organization.
The BHC supervisor is a welcomed as part of the primary care team and is supported by the robust and dynamic behavioral health department through regular meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision.
SIGNING BONUS:
$20,000 signing bonus available. Specific program terms and conditions apply.
Hybrid Position, but will need to be in person three days a week.

Covid-19 Vaccinations and Booster Requirements:
