Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. The Lead Medical Assistant is a back office support staff member working as clinical support for all medical providers, including pediatric and adult medicine. The Lead MA has direct supervisory support for all medical assistants including daily assignments and call-ins for MAs; The Lead MA will problem solve and resolve MA issues, escalating to Clinic Director only when necessary.
