Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA). The Corporate Controller reports to the CFO and is responsible for oversight of all financial management, accounting and financial reporting activities. The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, taxes, budgeting, financial analysis, audits as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The Controller will ensure that Marin Community Clinics (MCC) has the systems and procedures in place to support the financial operations and conduct clean audits.

Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university is required.
Active California CPA designation with not-for-profit accounting accounting preferred.
