We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavioral Health Supervisor with a passion for mentoring and training Latinx/BIPOC clinicians and working with diverse and Spanish-speaking clients. The Behavioral Health Supervisor joins a dynamic, passionate and dedicated health care team, collaboratively working with medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and other members of the organization. The behavioral health supervisor serves in a clinical leadership and training capacity on the behavioral health team, and co-leads development and implementation of MCC’s ASW training program in Integrated Behavioral Health, with a special focus on training bilingual and bicultural clinicians.
