HR Assistant provides administrative support to HR Department in all areas of Human Resources.
This is temporary to hire opportunity!
Assists Recruiter with onboarding tasks for new hires
Coordinates new hire onboarding by answering questions and follow up e-mail correspondence
Maintains iCims Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as required
Runs applicant tracking system reports as requested
Assist with New Hire Orientation planning
Provides support to HR Director during as needed
Completes I-9 employment verifications as needed
Assist new hires with post-employment physical requirements
Updates managers on new hire onboarding status
Tracks volunteer and interns applications and distributes to Management as necessary
Onboard volunteers and interns as requested
Assists HR department with special projects as needed
Bachelors is Business Administration or Human Resources field preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP Certified a plus but not required
At least 2 years of HR Administrative experience preferred
Experience with iCims applicant tracking system a plus but not required
Strong MS Office experience
Flexibility to work in Novato and San Rafael Administration Offices as needed

Strong communication skills in English, verbally and written. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
